• Infrastructure Provider Only: Our platform operates strictly as a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) providing technical infrastructure, server routing, and streaming relay tools. We do not create, host, curate, or endorse any video, audio, or media content transmitted through our servers.
• User Content Responsibility: Users (Clients) are solely responsible for all content, streams, data, and materials transmitted via their accounts and stream keys. We hold zero liability for copyright violations, unauthorized broadcasts, or any legal claims arising from user-generated content.
• Service Availability: While we strive for high uptime, the service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or stream interruptions caused by network failures, upstream hosting providers, or force majeure events.
